Architecture & System Flow

The problem

Static resume PDFs fail to demonstrate code maturity, architectural quality, and true software engineering rigor.

Enforce global LCP under 2.5s and zero external dependencies in domain package, with in process serverless execution between Next.js and Fastify.

The core domain package (@davidev/domain) contains zero external dependencies, guaranteeing absolute business rule portability.

Tradeoff: Higher number of layers and abstraction interfaces.

The same Fastify API with Zod validation handles HTTP endpoints and can be executed in process by React Server Components without network overhead.

Tradeoff: Custom request translation adapters required.

Engineered as a production software product: hexagonal architecture in a pnpm monorepo, editorial blog with ISR, protected CMS, and public PRD.
